Conditions commerciales générales

1. PRICES
   All prices shown in our gallery are inclusive of the current German VAT (Value added tax)
   The prices refer to mounted and unframed paintings.
   The colours of reproductions of paintings may differ slightly from those of the original for technical reasons.
   
   
   
2. PAYMENT
   Payment must be net in advance by bankdraft or crossed cheque or by COD. Bank charges are for the customers account.
   Each painting is a one-off piece of work and signed by the artist. For this reason, shipment will only be effected after prior arrangement with the customer.
   Delivery in Germany will be carried out by us, by a reputed parcel service or by registered mail. Delivery cost are for the account of the customer.
   The cost of delivery outside Germany will be communicated to the customer after receipt of the order and prior to despatch.
   All gods remain our property until paid for in full and may not be disposed off prior.
   
   
   
3. RIGHT OF RETURN
   The goods may be returned by the customer within 10 (Ten) days. The purchase price less transport cost will be refunded. The painting must be returned undamaged in the original packing.
   To meet the deadline, the customer has to deliver the goods, prepaid within 10 days to the carrier.
   German law requires, that the customer examines the goods (immediately) on receipt (at the time of handover by the delivery service) for damages and notes them on the delivery bill. We must be informed soonest by fax +49-203-766351.
   
   
   
4. SAFTY OF DATA
   Personal data necessary for the job execution will be savely stored by us and treated confidentially.
   
   
   
5. MISCELLANEOUS
   All reproduced paitings are protected by copyright.
   Reproduction and alterations as well as copying are not permitted.
   Violations will be brought to court.
   German law applies to all transactions and will be dealt with in the court at Duisburg, FRG.
